The holder of a valid ticket is admitted to the event on the condition that the holder agrees, and by use of the ticket does so agree in favour of the Promoter and Venue Owner, to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and sale set out herein:
* All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.
* At our parties, we expect everyone (this includes guests, DJs, and crew) to be respectful of each other at all times. Respect and consideration are core values of any space our system occupies.
* We will not tolerate any form of hate- or oppression-based language or behaviour, including but definitely not limited to racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, zionism, ableism, xenophobia, etc.
* Tickets may not be resold at a price exceeding their face value.
* In the event a production or performance(s) is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, the Promoter will attempt to contact the purchaser to inform them of the status of the event, and to inform them of any refund, credit, or exchange procedures.
Your tickets are being purchased from Rival Sound (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
